Who Answered Seth Rollins’ Intercontinental Title Open Challenge On WWE Raw

WWE has a long history of open challenges, especially when it comes to the Intercontinental Title, after all The Ultimate Warrior destroyed The Honky Tonk Man in seconds to end his long title reign decades ago.
Now it’s Seth Rollins’ turn and it seems like he’s wanting to carry on with tradition. He issued an open challenge on RAW this week and it was anyone’s guess who would show up.
Plenty of WWE and NXT Superstars showed interest in accepting Rollins’ challenge, but only one man was set up to take on The Architect.
Suddenly, Dolph Ziggler who had been previously out of action due to foot injury walked out and cut a promo on Rollins before accepting the challenge.
