Rey Mysterio Says He’d Accept Challenge from AJ Styles

As previously reported, WWE teased the possibility of a match between AJ Styles & Rey Mysterio on YouTube and other social media accounts. Mysterio caught a glimpse of this tease and mentioned on Twitter that he would accept the challenge from Styles if one was issued.

Mysterio wrote, “Can’t answer on how fast to buy the tickets, but what I can answer is on how fast would I accept….Right Away!! “

It’s interesting that WWE would be teasing this match, especially when Styles is rumored to face Nakamura for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania this year. It makes you wonder if maybe WWE had a change in plans for Styles? That remains to be seen.
