Impact Adds Trademark Symbols to Hardy Videos

It looks like Impact Wrestling’s fight with The Hardy Boyz over the “broken” character has gone one step further.

Will Henderson pointed out that the company has updated the titles on their YouTube channel that now feature trademark symbols on all the footage that includes the broken gimmick.

As previously noted, Matt Hardy recently filed for the trademark for the gimmick in case it ends up in court. Impact will continue to allow them to use the gimmick, but only if they get a cut of the profits in return.
