Matt Riddle Makes NXT TakeOver Debut In Impromptu Match

Matt Riddle took a while to get to NXT but it happened eventually but now that the King Of Bros is in NXT, it doesn’t seem like much is going to change from his laid-back persona that he became famous portraying.
Before the first planned match at NXT TakeOver: WarGames started, Matt Riddle’s music hit and he came down to the ring. Riddle cut a short promo before Kassius Ohno came out to the ring.
The former UFC fighter told Ohno that they have a match scheduled for this Wednesday on NXT, but he wanted a piece of him in LA. The crowd was very responsive to this idea.
Riddle challenged KO to a match and then they squared off. But as soon as the bell rang, Riddle ran in with a knee to the face and got the pin. It looks like Matt Riddle is already off to a great start in NXT.
