Roman Reigns isn’t going anywhere anytime soon, because WWE has locked him into a new deal that was finalized during WrestleMania weekend.

Billi Bhatti broke the news during the Dirty Sheets Wrestling Informer podcast, presenting it as the major story he wanted to close the show with. According to Bhatti, Roman’s previous contract was close to expiring before WWE secured a fresh agreement to keep one of its biggest stars under contract.

“So we close out with our big news story here on this show. It concerns Roman Reigns. It centers around Roman Reigns.”

He then explained that the agreement was completed during WrestleMania weekend and officially replaced Roman Reigns’ existing contract just before it was set to expire.

“Roman Reigns has signed a new deal with the WWE. It is a three year deal… It was signed over Mania Weekend. It replaces his existing deal that was set to run out in a couple of weeks time only.”

Bhatti also addressed expectations about Roman Reigns possibly increasing his appearances, noting that fans shouldn’t expect a sudden shift in how often he shows up on WWE programming.

“People will look at this and think that Roman Reigns has signed to wrestle more… That is not the case. Roman Reigns has signed exactly the same deal as last time.”

Roman Reigns has remained one of WWE’s most important figures for years, regularly headlining major shows and anchoring long-term storylines. Locking him into a new deal keeps one of the company’s most recognizable names firmly in place as WWE continues shaping its top-tier plans.

Bhatti shared additional details about the structure of the deal and how it compares to Roman Reigns’ previous contract during the same episode.
