Chris Jericho can pretty much do whatever he wants to do at this point. After all, he’s worked very hard his entire career and delivered throughout. Now it looks like he could be making huge waves in another pro wrestling company as well.

Joe Peisich from Barnburner’s Fired Up podcast said there could be some pretty big things and very interesting developments on the way for Y2J.

“I heard some rumors that the next Impact Wrestling pay-per-view Bound For Glory of course, will happen in New York on October 14th. Well, Chris Jericho may be at that pay-per-view.”

“Chris Jericho, very well known Winnipeg, but his father played for the New York Rangers or whatever. I have heard a scenario that Chris Jericho beats Austin Aries for the title and then loses the title on the Chris Jericho cruise with outside interference from the nWo.”

Brad Shepard noted that just the idea that this is a possibility shows how wild of a time it is to be a pro wrestling fan. But apparently, this is actually being kicked around backstage at Impact Wrestling.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
