Why Jerry Lawler Didn’t Bail Brian Christopher Out Of Jail

Former WWE Superstar Brian Christopher is currently on life support and it’s only a matter of time before news breaks that he passed away.

He hung himself in a jail cell while after he was arrested almost three weeks ago. Dave Meltzer discussed Christopher’s situation during Wrestling Observer Radio where he explained why his father Jerry Lawler didn’t just pay the $40,000 to bail his son out of jail.

“Jerry has been doing stuff to get him out of things and just felt that he needed to learn and wasn’t going to get him out this time. I can just imagine — think about that. Jerry’s good with grief. He’s a unique person in things like that. But still, can you imagine when you have a kid? And he did what he thought was the right thing. He’s 46-years-old he should have grown up a long time ago. You can’t keep bailing him out of his trouble. But now it’s so sad. Brian couldn’t handle it in prison so he hung himself today.”

This is sad and once again we really hope everyone in this situation ca make it through and keep a positive mindset. Jerry Lawler thought he was doing the right thing, so it’s hard to hate on him. But this answers some of the questions we’ve seen online asking why The King didn’t just bail his son out of jail.
