Rumor Killer on Rey Mysterio Signing with WWE

There was a rumor floating around earlier today that Rey Mysterio had signed a two year deal with WWE, however those reports are false.

We have confirmed with a source that Mysterio is still planning on appearing at the September 1st All In event and he still has not signed a deal with WWE yet. At last word, WWE and Mysterio were negotiating a three-year deal for his return. If he does sign a deal with WWE before the All In event, it’s very possible that he may have to pull out from the show but that remains to be seen.

It’s also worth noting that Dave Meltzer reported in the latest issue of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter that WWE wants to break the announcement themselves if they finalize a deal.
