WWE announced moments before Sunday’s Royal Rumble pay-per-view event that Alicia Fox would not be competing in the match because of an injury. At the time of press, it was not confirmed which injury Fox had suffered but we can now confirm that she suffered a broken tailbone during an in-ring Rumble workout. Fox will be out of action for several months.

Kairi Sane ended up being her replacement in the first-ever Women’s Royal Rumble match Sunday night.
