Former Impact Wrestling talent EC3 appeared at ringside at tonight’s NXT Takeover: Philadelphia event. While many were speculating that he would be brought up to the main roster, that is not the case. NXT announcer Mauro Ranallo mentioned that he has signed to the NXT brand.
