CM Punk, El Grande Americano & Rey Mysterio vs. Omos, Dominik Mysterio & JD McDonagh
CM Punk is stepping into the WWE-AAA crossover, and he’s bringing a pretty interesting team with him. Punk will join El Grande Americano and AAA General Manager Rey Mysterio against Omos, AAA Mega Champion Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh. WWE has also leaned into Punk’s past for the event, featuring him in promotional material alongside masks inspired by his Straight Edge Society days. So we’ll have to see who will come out on top in the end.
AAA Reina de Reinas Championship: La Catalina (c) vs. Roxanne Perez
La Catalina didn’t have to wait very long for her first challenger. After capturing the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship at TripleMania 34 Night 2, Catalina will make her first defense against Roxanne Perez, who earned a shot at TripleMania 34 Night 1. Perez now has the chance to add AAA gold to her résumé, while Catalina will try to make sure her new championship reign doesn’t end almost immediately after it started. So it remains to be seen who’ll walk out as the champion in the end.
AAA World Cruiserweight Championship No. 1 Contender’s Fatal Four-Way Match: Axiom vs. Mini Vikingo vs. Je’Von Evans vs. E.K. Prosper
Four wrestlers are chasing one future shot at the AAA World Cruiserweight Championship. Axiom, Mini Vikingo, Je’Von Evans and E.K. Prosper will meet in a Fatal Four-Way, with the winner becoming the new No. 1 contender. Considering the four names involved, there probably won’t be much slowing this one down. So, fans are waiting to see who’ll pick up the win and earn a title shot.
Relevos Atómicos de Locura Match: Mr. Iguana, La Parka, Adelicious & Mascarita Sagrada vs. The Vanity Project (Brad Baylor, Ricky Smokes & Myka Lockwood) & Mini Abismo Negro
Worlds Collide is also getting something a little different with a Relevos Atómicos de Locura match. Mr. Iguana, La Parka, Adelicious and Mascarita Sagrada will take on Brad Baylor, Ricky Smokes and Myka Lockwood of The Vanity Project alongside Mini Abismo Negro. So the match is expected to be a pretty interesting one.
Other Matches and Segments
Dragon Lee and Jack Cartwheel will get a chance to see who can keep up with whom when they meet one-on-one. In another match, Flammer, La Hiedra and Maravilla will represent Las Tóxicas against Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid. Penta and Rey Fenix will square off against Daga and Berto of Perros del Mal in tag team action. Finally, Oba Femi will make an appearance on the show.
