WWE is adding another NXT show to its lineup, but this one won’t be about what happens inside the ring. Vic Joseph and Blake Howard are set to host a brand-new series called Beyond the Bell, which will give fans a closer look at the stars of NXT.
Joseph announced the new project on Instagram, revealing that Beyond the Bell will be coming soon to The CW. The show will focus on more in-depth stories surrounding NXT talent rather than simply covering their matches each week.
“Excited to be part of a brand NEW show bringing you in-depth stories about your favorite #WWENXT superstars! Join @blakehowardwwe and me on Beyond the Bell coming soon to the @thecw – who do you want to learn more about???”
Joseph will be joined by fellow WWE broadcaster Blake Howard for the new series. Based on Joseph’s announcement, Beyond the Bell will give fans the chance to learn more about NXT wrestlers beyond what they normally see during weekly television.
The announcement also gives NXT another piece of programming connected to The CW beyond its regular Tuesday night show. Joseph didn’t reveal a premiere date or exactly how often Beyond the Bell will air, only saying that it’s “coming soon.”
More details about the format and which NXT stars will be featured haven’t been revealed yet. For now, Joseph is already asking fans which wrestlers they’d like to learn more about when Beyond the Bell eventually hits The CW.
