The road to Money in the Bank is about to begin. WWE announced during the August 31 episode of RAW that the first qualifying matches will take place next week.

The qualifiers will begin on the September 7 edition of RAW. WWE aired a graphic confirming the start of the qualifying round but did not reveal who will compete in the matches.

The winners will advance to the men’s and women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Matches. Both winners will receive a contract granting them a championship match at a time and place of their choosing within the next year.

WWE Money in the Bank will take place on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. The event was previously scheduled for September 6 before WWE moved it back by more than a month. WWE confirmed the new date and venue in June.

With the matchups still under wraps, WWE will have to reveal the first group of competitors before RAW goes live next Monday. The chase for the briefcases is now ready to begin.
