WWE Crown Jewel is getting a new venue just days before the November 7, 2026 event. After weeks of questions surrounding the show’s status in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh Season has confirmed that the event is being moved, and everyone who already purchased tickets will receive a full refund.
On Wednesday, October 28, 2026, the official Riyadh Season Twitter account announced the change, confirming that Crown Jewel will remain on the schedule but take place at a different venue. Fans who already purchased tickets will need to buy them again once the new ticket sale begins.
“We would like to inform you that ‘WWE Crown Jewel’ has been moved to a new venue. All ticket holders will receive a full refund, and tickets will be re-released to everyone within the next 48 hours.”
The announcement didn’t identify the new venue or explain why the change was made. However, the promotional image still lists Riyadh as the host city, with Crown Jewel scheduled for Saturday, November 7, at 12 PM ET.
The announcement comes after weeks of uncertainty about WWE holding Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia due to ongoing security concerns in the region. TKO CEO Ari Emanuel previously confirmed that the company was monitoring the situation daily and considering alternatives if necessary.
Jonathan Coachman also recently claimed WWE would postpone Crown Jewel rather than move it to another city if the Saudi Arabia event couldn’t go ahead. However, the latest announcement is about a venue change within Riyadh, not moving the show out of the country.
The timing is also important for fans who already made plans to attend. Everyone with tickets will receive a refund, but they’ll have to purchase new ones when sales reopen within 48 hours of the announcement. Riyadh Season hasn’t explained whether previous ticket holders will receive any priority when purchasing seats.
For now, Crown Jewel is still happening on November 7, with Roman Reigns vs. Sami Zayn among the advertised matches. WWE’s Saudi Arabia plans have already faced plenty of questions, and now fans are waiting to find out exactly where the show will take place.
