WWE and WALTER had a deal worked out that he would still get to work for his home promotion wXw, but he was recently pulled from their October 6th event.
Ilja Dragunov was not pulled from the event. WALTER put out a tweet apologizing to fans about this incident.

I asked to be off that day on my own, to avoid a very stressful traveling shedule, nobody told me to do that.
Hopefully, this won’t happen again because the thread for WALTER’s apology tweet is full of heartbroken and frustrated fans.
