Val Venis says the fallout from his tweets about PAC following his passing has gone way beyond criticism. After revealing that AEW had blocked him, the former WWE star is now showing that people have been sending him death threats, and he decided to post the messages for everyone to see.
Venis took to Twitter and revealed that the first screenshot showed someone wishing a violent death on him, telling Venis they hoped he would burn alive: “Die in a fire Val.” The next message escalated things even further. Instead of simply insulting him, the sender encouraged Venis to take his own life.
“You should blow your brains out Val Venis.”
Another person brought PAC’s death into the conversation, saying it should have been Venis who died instead: “It should’ve been you.” The final screenshot contained another death wish, with the sender claiming to speak for the entire wrestling fanbase.
“Please die as soon as possible signed every wrestling fan ever.”
Venis didn’t reply to any of those people individually. Instead, he summed up his reaction to the messages with one political statement of his own.
“The left are a death cult.”
The screenshots came after Venis found himself at the center of another controversy following PAC’s passing. He first reacted to AEW’s announcement by writing, “It just keeps happening…..” Later, he revealed that AEW’s official Twitter account had blocked him and publicly questioned why.
“HEY @AEW! What the hell is this all about?”
Whether you agree with Venis or not, the screenshots have now become the biggest talking point. Instead of debating his original PAC posts or why AEW blocked him, people are now talking about the messages he says were sent his way after the controversy.
