Val Venis is now blaming a COVID vaccine for the heart problems that ended Triple H’s wrestling career—and he isn’t buying Triple H’s own explanation for what happened.
Venis took to Twitter and claimed, without providing evidence, that Triple H’s 2021 cardiac issues were caused by a COVID vaccine, calling the vaccine a “Hebrew poison jab.” He even directly challenged Triple H’s previous statement that genetics played a role.
“I highly suspect the career of WWE star Triple H was cut short by the ‘Hebrew’ poison jab. Paul can claim his heart issue was ‘genetics’ all he wants. It’s a shame he does not warn others to not take the ‘Hebrew’ poison jab.”
That’s a pretty wild accusation to make about someone else’s medical emergency, especially when Triple H has already explained what happened to him.
The Game suffered a serious cardiac event in September 2021 that ultimately ended his in-ring career. He later revealed that he had a defibrillator implanted in his chest and officially announced his retirement the following year. Triple H gave fans another update in April 2025 and said the device had never needed to activate because his heart was doing perfectly fine.
“I have a defibrillator in my chest. I don’t think about it… and it’s never gone off and my heart’s 100%. And I’m healthy.”
Venis apparently has his own diagnosis. Triple H says genetics played a role in the heart problems that ended his career. Venis says he doesn’t believe him and is blaming the COVID vaccine instead. He didn’t provide any evidence for that claim, but that certainly didn’t stop him from putting it on Twitter.
