Triple H is currently resting up after having a procedure following a “cardiac event.” This was “caused by a genetic heart issue” for the 52-year-old.

WWE released an official statement on Triple H’s condition. They did not specify exactly what procedure he had, but this was a heart issue. This procedure took place last week and the exact date was not noted in the release.

“Paul Levesque, a.k.a. Triple H, underwent a successful procedure last week at Yale New Haven Hospital following a cardiac event. The episode was caused by a genetic heart issue and Paul is expected to make a full recovery.”

Triple H is expected to make a full recovery, and that’s great news. Hopefully, he will be able to rest up and get the time he needs so he can operate at 100% once again. The King of Kings has a lot of responsibilities behind the scenes in WWE, but there is also a solid staff around him who can take the reins until he is healthy to make a return.

The NXT brand is going through a lot of changes this week. September 14th will mark new era for the black and gold brand, but he might not be there to see it happen live.

We will continue monitoring this story here at Ringside News as we continue wishing Tripe H a speedy recovery.
