Val Venis has taken his COVID vaccine claims somewhere considerably more personal. Two days after blaming Triple H’s career-ending heart problems on the vaccine, he turned his attention to Kevin Nash’s late son Tristen.
On August 13, Venis took to Twitter and posted a quote attributed to Nash claiming his son’s fatal cardiac arrest was connected to being vaccinated and boosted.
“KEVIN NASH: ‘I think that my son having a cardiac arrest and passing was the fact he was immunized and boosted.’”
But Venis didn’t just post the quote. He attached an image featuring Chris Jericho, Keith Lee, Bray Wyatt and Triple H alongside Bill Gates with “Stop the Shots” written across it. Another image carried the message “Willingly Overlooking Known Evil, WOKE.”
There’s one pretty important piece of context here, though. Tristen Nash’s death has previously been explained very differently. Tristen passed away at only 26 years old in October 2022. Kevin Nash later revealed that he and his son had decided to stop drinking alcohol together, with Tristen quitting cold turkey. Tristen suffered a seizure during that period, which led to the cardiac arrest that ultimately killed him.
Venis provided no evidence establishing that a COVID vaccine caused Tristen’s death. And this isn’t the first time he has made this kind of claim about someone from the wrestling world.
On August 11, Venis went after Triple H and claimed the COVID vaccine was responsible for the 2021 cardiac problems that ultimately ended his wrestling career. He even directly rejected Triple H’s own explanation that genetics played a role.
“I highly suspect the career of WWE star Triple H was cut short by the ‘Hebrew’ poison jab. Paul can claim his heart issue was ‘genetics’ all he wants. It’s a shame he does not warn others to not take the ‘Hebrew’ poison jab.”
Triple H suffered a serious cardiac event in September 2021, eventually had a defibrillator implanted in his chest and officially retired from in-ring competition the following year. He has never publicly attributed what happened to a COVID vaccine.
So, Venis has gone from questioning Triple H’s explanation for his own health problems to bringing Kevin Nash’s late son into the conversation. Whatever Venis is trying to prove with these posts, using Tristen’s death to make the case takes his recent vaccine crusade into much more personal territory.
Tristen did suffer a fatal cardiac arrest. But Nash previously explained that his son suffered a seizure after quitting alcohol cold turkey, and that seizure led to the cardiac arrest.
