Triple H came away from Money in the Bank 2026 impressed by one thing more than anything else: WWE’s next generation. The show featured young talent all over the card, including Oba Femi, Bron Breakker, Je’Von Evans, Sol Ruca and Lash Legend, and Triple H made it clear afterward that the youth movement caught his attention in a major way.
Speaking during the Money in the Bank post-show, Triple H said the amount of young talent delivering throughout the night was what stood out most to him. He pointed specifically to both ladder matches as well as Oba Femi’s battle with Bronson Reed.
“The thing that stuck out to me tonight was youth. I saw it across the board. I saw it with the women’s Money in the Bank, the men’s Money in the Bank, Oba Femi having a night where he was pushed hard by Bronson Reed.”
That was not just a throwaway compliment either. Triple H made it clear that he sees WWE’s roster changing quickly, with younger stars pushing harder for bigger positions and proving they are ready to take advantage whenever an opportunity opens up.
“The landscape here can change at any moment. Tonight was no different.”
Money in the Bank certainly gave him plenty of examples. Je’Von Evans took some insane punishment during the men’s ladder match and still came back for more, Bron Breakker spent much of that match destroying anything that moved, and Penta ultimately walked away with the briefcase. On the women’s side, Sol Ruca and Lash Legend were both involved in some of the most physical moments of the match before Tiffany Stratton came away with the win. Triple H said that hunger from WWE’s younger talent was exactly what impressed him throughout the show.
“The youth is what impressed me tonight, across the board. Young, hungry talent, striving and literally climbing the ladder for success and going through anything to get there. It was an impressive night.”
That is a pretty strong endorsement coming out of one of WWE’s biggest events of the year. Money in the Bank had established names all over the card, but Triple H walked away talking about the people who could be carrying the company for years to come.
WWE has spent plenty of time building its next generation, but Money in the Bank felt like one of those nights where several of those names stopped looking like prospects and started looking like legitimate players. If Triple H’s comments are any indication, that shift is not being missed behind the scenes.
