Trey Miguel Reveals How The Rascalz’s Reunion on WWE NXT Came Together

WWE and TNA Wrestling have formed a solid partnership and a major result of this collaboration was The Rascalz reuniting this year, something that fans really loved. In fact, it has now been revealed how their reunion even came together in the first place.

While speaking to Joel Pearl from Fightful Overbooked, Trey Miguel was asked about The Rascalz’s reunion on WWE television earlier this year and how it came about. Miguel revealed that he got a text from Zachary Wentz when WWE and TNA’s partnership started.

Trey Miguel explained that he, Zachary, and Wes Lee have always talked about getting back together. Trey didn’t know how they would all end up in the ring together, but one day, he went to the office and was told, “I’m going to NXT to reunite The Rascalz.”

The Rascalz didn’t remain together for long, as Wes Lee ended up betraying Zachary Wentz and Trey Miguel before Lee had a longstanding feud with Wentz, which ended in Lee’s defeat.

Nevertheless, we will have to wait and see if there will ever come a time where The Rascalz will once again be on the same page and reunite on NXT television, as anything is possible in the world of professional wrestling.
