Trey Miguel is back in action, and he wasted no time getting involved in the fight against Order 4.
Miguel made his surprise return during the August 13 episode of TNA Wrestling Thursday Night iMPACT, filling the mystery partner spot alongside Rich Swann and BDE against Mustafa Ali, John Skyler and Agent Zero.
Ali had agreed to the six-man tag match under one condition: TNA International Champion Jason Hotch could not be Swann and BDE’s mystery partner. That left the door open for someone else, and Miguel walked through it after spending roughly four months on the sidelines.
Miguel had been out of action since April 2026 after suffering a fractured patella. His final match before the injury came against Ali for the TNA International Championship at Rebellion, making his return against Ali’s Order 4 group especially fitting. Miguel didn’t just show up, either. He pinned John Skyler to secure the victory for his team in his first match back.
Order 4 wasn’t willing to let him enjoy the moment. Agent Zero attacked Miguel after the bell, and Ali ordered Zero to continue the beatdown until Jason Hotch rushed out to make the save and sent Order 4 retreating.
Miguel’s return immediately puts him back in the middle of TNA’s ongoing issues with Mustafa Ali and Order 4. After four months away with a fractured patella, Miguel came back, scored the deciding pin and was already getting jumped before the night was over.
