WWE may still be facing plenty of questions internally about Crown Jewel, but the company isn’t showing any signs publicly that its plans have changed. In fact, WWE has now released the first official poster for the event, putting four of its biggest stars front and center ahead of the November 7 show in Riyadh.
The promotional artwork features CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, and Penta, making it clear they’re among the top names currently advertised for Crown Jewel. Cody Rhodes, Punk and Orton appearing on the poster isn’t much of a surprise given their positions near the top of WWE’s card. Penta’s inclusion also stands out, but his rise over the past month has made that decision feel like a natural one after his breakout performance against Roman Reigns on RAW in Mexico.
The poster comes just days after reports suggested there was growing concern inside WWE over the company’s scheduled trip to Saudi Arabia. Backstage employees and staff were asking whether there would be any travel changes or even a possible postponement, though WWE had not formally addressed those concerns internally.
By releasing the first official Crown Jewel poster, WWE is continuing to promote the event as planned despite those reports. As things stand, the show remains scheduled for November 7 in Riyadh, with four of the company’s biggest stars already confirmed as part of the advertising.
Bottom line: Whether more names are added to the poster in the coming weeks remains to be seen, but for now, WWE is moving forward as if Crown Jewel is business as usual.
