With WrestleMania season wrapped up, SmackDown pushed forward with the fallout from the show of shows. Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas hosted the April 24 episode of SmackDown, and fans got a big surprise.

The Women’s United States Championship was on the line this week with Giulia vs. Tiffany Stratton. That match was set prior to WrestleMania, but now Tiffany will ahve a shot at the title.

This was a back-and-forth match throughout the early portion. They went to the outside, where Tiffany Stratton ate a neckbreaker from Giulia before the cut to a commercial break.

This match saw Tiffany Stratton battle back against Giulia. She wanted to make up for missing WrestleMania, and that is exactly what she did.

In the end, Tiffany Stratton nailed a Prettiest Moonsault Ever to win the match and the Women’s United States Championship. Only time will tell what she does next with this reign as champion, but it all got started this week.
