Stephanie Vaquer is officially back in the win column. During the August 24, 2026 episode of WWE RAW, Vaquer defeated Roxanne Perez in her first match since returning to WWE television after being out of action for more than four months.
Vaquer hadn’t competed since WrestleMania 42 on April 18, where Liv Morgan defeated her for the WWE Women’s World Championship. That loss marked Vaquer’s final match before her extended absence.
Her return match against Perez didn’t come easy, especially with The Judgment Day surrounding ringside. Raquel Rodriguez created an early distraction that allowed Perez to take control, and Perez spent much of the match targeting Vaquer’s knee.
Vaquer eventually fought her way back, landing the Devil’s Kiss, a backbreaker and a double knee strike in the corner. Perez later poked Vaquer in the eye behind the referee’s back and connected with a Shining Wizard, but it still wasn’t enough to put her away.
Things got even more chaotic when The Judgment Day tried to interfere again. Becky Lynch’s music hit and she came down to ringside, helping neutralize the numbers advantage. Perez then missed a moonsault, opening the door for Vaquer to connect with her knees directly to Perez’s face and score the pinfall victory.
After the match, Liv Morgan attempted to enter the ring, but Lynch sent her crashing into the timekeeper’s area. Vaquer and Lynch then stood face-to-face inside the ring, potentially setting the stage for another issue between the two women.
Vaquer’s victory gives her a successful start to her latest WWE run after her WrestleMania loss and months away from competition. With Morgan, Lynch and The Judgment Day already circling her, it doesn’t look like Vaquer will have much time to ease back into the mix.
