Arianna Grace’s title run is already over—she’s officially lost the TNA Knockouts World Championship just weeks after her controversial victory.

The title change took place during the TNA IMPACT! tapings on April 16, 2026 in Syracuse, New York, set to air on the May 7, 2026 episode, where Léi Ying Lee defeated Arianna Grace to reclaim the championship.

This comes just weeks after Grace’s controversial title win at No Surrender in February, where she shocked expectations and immediately faced backlash over how she got the opportunity, thanks to her storyline connection to Santino Marella. Grace didn’t shy away from the criticism and went straight at her doubters online. She also embraced a different side of the moment when discussing her heritage after the win.

“HEYYY you ugly idiot wrestling fans who told me for so long that I cannot perform in ring …. go and watch my match with Lei and then you can literally go (assume the rest). This makes me so proud! My grandpa (maternal side) was from Pakistan! Reppin!”

With the match set to air May 7, fans will soon see how the turnaround plays out on screen—but the result is already out. For TNA, it’s a quick pivot. For Grace, it’s a short-lived reign that led to plenty of reaction. And for Léi Ying Lee, it’s a return to the top of the Knockouts division.
