Silvia Likki isn’t WWE-bound after all. Despite being named as one of four new female recruits heading to the WWE Performance Center, Ringside News has learned that the Italian CrossFit athlete has not signed with the company. That clears up a key detail from the recent reports about WWE’s latest recruiting class.

The confusion started after Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer reported that Likki had signed with WWE alongside Gabriela Martinez Asensi, Elly Finch and Tayleigh Robertson. All four women were said to have relocated to Orlando, Florida, within the past week after participating in WWE tryouts.

However, Ringside News has since learned that Likki has not signed a WWE contract, contradicting the original report. While she was among the names linked to WWE’s recruiting efforts, she should not be considered an official addition to the company’s roster.

Likki is a CrossFit athlete from Italy who has built a sizable following on social media, including more than 200,000 followers on Instagram. Her athletic background made her an interesting prospect for WWE, which regularly recruits talent from outside professional wrestling.

The original report also identified Martinez Asensi, a former University of Missouri tennis player from Spain, along with Finch, who competed in track and field at Michigan State University, and Robertson, who has experience in amateur wrestling and bodybuilding.

Those three names remain part of the previously reported recruiting class, but the new information changes the situation surrounding Likki.
