Roman Reigns had a big night at Clash in Italy as he defended the World Heavyweight Championship against Jacob Fatu. He had Night of Champions off, but the OTC was in the house for RAW this week to close out the show.

The June 29 episode of WWE RAW was a fun fallout-filled show after Night of Champions. Roman Reigns was on hand to close out the show and debut a new t-shirt as WWE World Heavyweight Champion. He had a lot to say, and Jacob Fatu also stood by his side.

Roman Reigns gave a shout-out to Atlantic City, and the fans acknowledged him. Suddenly, Seth Rollins’ music hit, and The Visionary made his way to the ring. Fans sang his song as he posed in front of a wall of flames. Then it was time to get down to business.

Seth Rollins was out there alone, but Jacob Fatu didn’t leave Roman Reigns’ side. The Usos were also nowhere to be seen because they had already competed earlier in the night. However, Rollins stood still and waited for his moment to speak without flinching.

“Hello, my brother,” Seth Rollins finally said to his former Shield brother. He brought up their old faction and how it has tied them together for the last 14 years. Rollins made it clear that it was “time to collect.” Roman fired back that Seth must be confused because he was at the back of the line for a shot at the Tribal Chief.

Seth Rollins didn’t want to play that game with Roman Reigns. He made it clear that he “owns” Roman Reigns in many ways. Rollins walked everyone through their history, including how Reigns was unstoppable for four years but never beat Seth. Then Rollins brought up how he destroyed The Shield when he turned on the faction.

After running down their history, Seth Rollins said he was there to give Roman Reigns something nobody else could: the ability to beat him. That would also give Roman some closure because “it may be your last chance.” However, if he didn’t accept, he would never be able to escape the ghost of Seth Rollins.

Roman Reigns responded that he didn’t want to beat Seth Rollins; he needed to beat him. He needed to have his family witness him beating The Visionary. “At SummerSlam, that’s exactly what I’m gonna do. I accept, brother.”

The OTC raised his title above Seth Rollins’ head after that, and a SummerSlam match was officially set. We will have to see how things progress over the next few weeks, but the Biggest Party of the Summer just got bigger.
