“Yeah, I'll go. Yeah, my daughter will be going. I don't go to the shows anymore cuz I'm really not happy with the way they're using her quite now.”

Flair didn’t frame his comments as blind criticism of WWE overall. Instead, he acknowledged that the company has shifted its focus heavily toward developing younger talent through NXT and building its future roster. He explained that while he understands the reasoning behind WWE’s current system, he still feels strongly about Charlotte’s situation.

“But it it it I understand you know, they spend a fortune on their developmental system, yeah, NXT, right? And it they've got to you know, they've got to validate it so these kids get but they get a chance to come up and then they you screw up one time.”

Flair also reflected on how WWE operated differently in previous years, pointing out that performers once had little room for mistakes, especially during the Vince McMahon era. He suggested that today’s environment offers more patience with talent, even if he doesn’t fully agree with every decision being made.

“It's better now, but when Vince was running it you could have one bad TV your first time ever on TV and all you've ever done is work out with your own with your friend, you know what I mean? And bingo, you're gone.”
