R-Truth indicated on Instagram two days ago that he underwent surgery recently on his left arm when he made a post about getting some new shoes. The post showed his arm in a sling.
Truth hasn’t been seen on television since late August, however he was in action at WWE Live Events earlier this month. He was last involved in a storyline with Goldust, which was dropped abruptly with no explanation. This could explain his absence from WWE television.
