While discussing Brock Lesnar’s appearance at UFC 226 where he confronting Daniel Cormier, Joseph Peisich of Barn Burner reported on the latest installment of the No Holds Barred Wrestling Show that the Cormier vs. Lesnar fight will take place the night before the Superbowl in February.
“From what sources have indicated to me, that UFC wants to have that match, Daniel Cormier & Brock Lesnar for the Heavyweight Title the night before the Superbowl in February.”
Peisich didn’t elaborate any further. UFC has not publicly announced the date or location for either the January or February UFC events as of this writing. We will keep you updated.
