Penta just scored the biggest win of his WWE career after surviving one of the wildest ladder matches imaginable at Money in the Bank 2026. Penta outlasted Bron Breakker, Trick Williams, Je’Von Evans, CM Punk and Kevin Owens before climbing the ladder and pulling down the briefcase to officially become Mr. Money in the Bank.

The match started at full speed, with everybody immediately fighting for position and trying to get ladders into the ring. Punk and Owens wasted no time going after each other while Breakker started tossing people around with German suplexes and using the ladder as a weapon.

Penta got plenty of chances to shine early, including a flip dive onto Punk and several big kicks, but Breakker repeatedly cut him off. Bron quickly became one of the biggest threats in the match as he threw Penta, Evans and Trick around while stopping multiple attempts to climb the ladder.

Things got even more violent once the action spilled around ringside. Owens smashed Punk into the steps, Punk threw a chair at Owens and everyone started crashing into the timekeeper’s area. Then came one of the craziest moments of the entire match.

Je’Von Evans went for a huge dive, but Breakker caught him in midair with a spear. Officials immediately rushed over to check on Evans, and a stretcher was brought out. Evans was eventually loaded into an ambulance and taken away, seemingly ending his night.

The match kept going without him. Owens dropped Punk with a pop-up powerbomb onto a ladder before Trick started another climb. Penta stopped him with superkicks, while Punk and Owens continued trying to destroy each other every chance they got. Punk eventually hit Penta with the Go 2 Sleep before climbing, but Owens stopped him with a thumb to the eye.

Breakker then went on another rampage. He speared Punk, blasted Owens onto a ladder and ran through Penta before spearing Punk and Owens through the ringside barricade.

Then the ambulance came back. The vehicle pulled into the arena and stopped at ringside, leaving Bron confused. The doors opened and Je’Von Evans was somehow back in the fight. Evans smashed Breakker with the ambulance door before unloading with punches and kicks and racing back into the ring. Evans went wild, hitting springboard offense, kicks and Red Dot before clearing ladders out of the ring and setting one up for another shot at the briefcase.

That comeback ended in brutal fashion. Breakker stopped Evans from climbing, and after another exchange, Bron shoved the ladder over. Evans went flying off and crashed straight through the roof of the ambulance. With Evans taken out again, Breakker set up the giant ladder and started climbing. Penta dragged him down, blasted him with a thrust kick and positioned another ladder as a bridge.

That set up the finish. Penta and Bron fought across the ladder before Breakker was pulled down onto the bridge. Penta then drilled him with a Destroyer onto the ladder, leaving Bron completely wiped out. Penta climbed one more time, reached the top and pulled down the Money in the Bank briefcase. Just like that, Penta became Mr. Money in the Bank.

The match was complete insanity from beginning to end, with Evans returning from an ambulance only to crash through its roof, Breakker destroying nearly everyone in sight and Punk and Owens spending most of the match trying to tear each other apart. In the end, Penta survived all of it and walked away holding the most dangerous contract in WWE. Penta now has a guaranteed path to a world championship whenever he chooses to cash in, and after what he survived to win the briefcase, every champion in WWE officially has another problem to worry about.
