Paul Heyman got way too close to the action on WWE RAW, and Bron Breakker made him pay for it by accident.
During the June 1 episode of RAW, Seth Rollins faced Bron Breakker in the main event. Things got wild late in the match after Austin Theory came down and got involved. Theory hit Rollins with the title belt while Heyman distracted the referee, but the chaos didn’t stop there.
Bron eventually tried to take Rollins out with a massive spear near ringside. The problem was that Rollins saw it coming and pulled Heyman directly into the line of fire. Bron crashed into Heyman with the spear, and both men went through the ringside barricade.
That moment changed the match fast. Bron managed to get back into the ring and hit another spear on Rollins, but Rollins had the title belt pressed against his chest. Bron took the worst of it, and Rollins followed up with Black Out to score the win.
The match itself was already out of control, but Heyman getting destroyed through the barricade was the big visual. He tried to help Bron by putting his foot on the ropes earlier in the match, but seconds later, he ended up eating one of Breakker’s biggest weapons.
Seth Rollins walked out with the victory, but Paul Heyman may have walked out with the worst night of anyone involved.
