Paige is ready to fight, and she made that pretty clear after Jacy Jayne called her out.
As seen on the June 19 WWE SmackDown, Jacy Jayne challenged Paige to a match for next week, and Paige did not waste time reacting. After WWE posted the clip on Twitter/X, Paige, now going by Saraya online, reposted it with a blunt message.
“Let’s go bitch”
That was all she needed to say. Jacy Jayne threw out the challenge, and Paige sounded more than ready to answer it.
The challenge went down on Friday’s SmackDown, where Jayne made it clear that Fatal Influence is not backing down. WWE later posted the clip and wrote that Jacy Jayne had called out Paige for a match next week.
“Jacy Jayne just CALLED OUT Paige for a match NEXT WEEK! Fatal Influence is NOT messing around!”
Paige is currently part of both brands as one-half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, so the match gives WWE another way to keep her busy while Fatal Influence tries to make a statement.
This comes as WWE is loading up next week’s shows in London. RAW is set to air live on Monday, while SmackDown will be taped on Tuesday. Nathan Frazer is also set to face AAA Cruiserweight Champion Rey Fenix after a digital exclusive segment, though WWE’s social media team caused some confusion by listing the match for RAW while also tagging Dragon Lee instead of Fenix.
Still, the Paige and Jacy Jayne match has the cleaner story. Jacy called her shot, WWE posted the clip, and Paige fired back with two words that said exactly where she stands. Paige does not sound worried about Jacy Jayne at all. If anything, she sounds ready to shut her up next week.
