Armando Alejandro Montalvo is back with another accusation, but this time, he’s not going after Triple H. Instead, he’s accusing the wrestling media of ruining his life.
In a recent Facebook comment, Montalvo accused Steve Carrier and Ringside News of writing articles that he claims destroyed his life, continuing the same pattern of public accusations he’s made in recent months.
“Happy birthday thanks for all the great articles you and Steve Carrier wrote to destroy my life Jesus love's you that Trumps wrestling”
Carrier didn’t stay silent. He fired back with a response that quickly circulated online, referencing one of Montalvo’s most controversial past incidents tied to the WWE Performance Center.
“He’s acting like I sent him to the #WWE Performance Center to take a s***and smear it on the walls. 🤣”
The chaotic history between Montalvo and WWE dates back more than a decade. In 2015, Montalvo was shot outside the Performance Center after charging at a deputy who believed he was armed with a knife. Around that same period, he was accused of harassing WWE employees, cryptically threatening wrestlers and staff, and spreading feces on the walls of the facility, leading to a restraining order and further legal issues.
Since then, he’s repeatedly posted on social media, often targeting names like Triple H and Vince McMahon in profanity-filled rants. He even showed up at an NXT taping in recent years, causing disruption, and has been served legal documents by WWE, including a summons.
Back in March 2026, Montalvo also accused Triple H, law enforcement, and media outlets of manipulating the system against him, claims that came while he still has an open felony case in Florida tied to a March 2025 incident involving aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and resisting an officer without violence. A competency hearing is also expected as part of that case.
“Thank you Jesus I want my Life Back before everything you Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque Orange County Sheriff's Office, Florida put me through now everyone knows how you all manipulated the system against me and the News story against me. I forgive you all let me remind you that Jesus is going to win My Case.”
He also posted footage from a court-ordered psychological evaluation, something that could create additional legal issues under Florida law, and used it to detail the treatment he says he received after the 2015 shooting.
“They put me on polypharmacy, they put me on Haldol, lithium, Cogentin, Depakote, and Seroquel, all in one cocktail. And when I notified Dr. Olander... she was shocked to know that I was still breathing after they manipulated my mental health through polypharmacy. I didn’t deserve that kind of mental health abuse on a mental health unit.”
But that’s not the end of it either. According to an arrest affidavit obtained by Ringside News, Montalvo is facing new charges after investigators say he repeatedly left dead animals outside an Orange County Sheriff’s Office substation in Florida.
Authorities say he showed up at the Sector II substation on February 27, March 26, and April 1, 2026, dropping animal carcasses near the lobby entrance each time. This wasn’t a one-off, investigators say it happened across multiple visits.
Security cameras caught him during the February incident, removing dead animals from his vehicle and placing them outside the entrance before walking inside to confront staff. He allegedly complained about how authorities handle animal-related cases and pointed directly at what he left behind.
“the Sheriff’s office was not doing their job,” he said, adding, “Because you’re not doing your job, I brought you a cat and a raccoon.”
Investigators say the behavior continued in late March and early April, with additional animals left behind, including another deceased cat. Animal Services had to respond each time, and reports noted severe trauma in some cases, including crushing injuries.
When later questioned, Montalvo admitted to leaving the animals but claimed he found them already dead. He also gave multiple explanations, including saying he was trying to help the public.
“That he was saving taxpayer money by bringing them to the county location and doing the job Orange County Animal Services should be doing.”
Authorities say his story kept changing, and that was enough to move forward with charges tied to improper disposal of animal remains. He was arrested on April 13, 2026, after deputies confirmed an active warrant. Officers reportedly encountered him after he claimed to have found another dead cat along a roadway, but once his identity was verified, he was taken into custody.
“After dispatch verified his identity they advised he had a warrant out of Orange County, Florida for Disposal of bodies of dead animals. I placed Mr. Montalvo into Custody who resisted without violence.”
Despite years of arrests, restraining orders, and ongoing legal trouble, Montalvo continues to escalate things publicly, and now those issues have led to a new arrest tied to repeated incidents involving dead animals at a sheriff’s office. With his competency hearing still ahead, felony charges unresolved, and new allegations now added, this situation isn’t slowing down, and this latest development just took things to another level.
