Armando Alejandro Montalvo’s legal situation took another strange turn this week after the man known to wrestling fans as the “OG NXT Performance Center stalker” posted footage outside the courtroom immediately following his latest hearing.
Montalvo appeared in court on May 7, 2026 for a pre-trial hearing connected to his ongoing dead animal dumping case in Orange County, Florida. Investigators previously accused Montalvo of repeatedly leaving dead animals outside an Orange County Sheriff’s Office substation earlier this year, incidents that ultimately led to his arrest and multiple animal control citations.
But instead of the focus staying solely on the case itself, Montalvo later uploaded footage outside the courtroom where he confronted his public defender, Melissa Vickers, while recording the interaction publicly.
During the lengthy rant, Montalvo repeatedly accused Orange County officials, law enforcement, psychiatrists, and the legal system of targeting him following his prior confrontation involving WWE’s Performance Center years ago. At one point, Montalvo directly addressed Vickers while criticizing how previous cases involving him had been handled.
“It’s clearly unconstitutional of what Orange County’s done to me and wasting your taxpayer dollars to incarcerate me in these jail cells like an animal. Not an animal. You understand I’m a human being.”
Montalvo also accused the system of repeatedly using mental health evaluations against him.
“They’ve continuously utilized your taxpayer dollars for you to step in waive my first appearance so I can’t be presented to the courts to protect and preserve my rights.”
At another point during the recorded exchange, Montalvo referenced his prior issues involving Orange County deputies and claimed he continues facing repercussions because of that situation.
“I didn’t shoot the police officers. They shot me. I didn’t have a weapon on me.”
Vickers attempted multiple times to end the interaction and informed Montalvo she had another meeting to attend. She later told him she would contact him regarding what happens next in the case.
“I have to leave in just a minute to get to a meeting.”
“I’m going to call you and let you know what’s going to happen before the twenty first.”
Despite the tense exchange, Montalvo also thanked Vickers at one point for helping secure his release from jail.
“Hey, I just want to say thank you for getting me out of jail. I was not trying to commit no crimes.”
This latest video comes only weeks after Montalvo livestreamed courtroom audio from an earlier April 23 hearing connected to the same case. Florida law prohibits unauthorized recording or broadcasting of court proceedings without permission, and the previous livestream already raised additional legal questions because courtroom audio was publicly streamed online. Montalvo’s next scheduled court date is currently set for June 11, 2026 for a pre-trial conference as the case continues moving forward.
Do you think Montalvo’s public behavior outside the courtroom is making his legal situation worse, or do you believe he genuinely feels he’s defending himself against the system? Leave your thoughts and feedback in the comments below.
