Nikki Bella apparently misses her old look. After a fan noticed a change in her appearance and asked about her breast implants, Nikki revealed exactly what she changed and admitted she might eventually change it back.
The whole thing actually started when a fan took to Twitter and asked whether Nikki Bella had her implants removed, pointing out that they appeared noticeably smaller.
“Did Nikki have her implants removed?! I don’t mean to be that girl but they’re noticeably downsized, no?”
Nikki didn’t seem bothered by the question at all. She explained that she actually went with smaller implants after having her son Matteo, rather than removing them completely. She also admitted that she misses her previous size enough that another procedure could eventually be on the table.
“I went smaller after Teo and I miss my bigger girls everyday 😭 think I may get them redone one day”
For now, Nikki is only considering the idea. She didn’t say she has scheduled another procedure or made any definite plans to get larger implants again. This comes as Nikki is back in the middle of things on WWE television. She’s currently feuding with Paige, and their rivalry got extremely personal during the September 4 episode of SmackDown.
Paige dragged Nikki’s relationship history into their argument by referencing John Cena and taking a shot at her divorce. Nikki later fired back on Twitter and promised to end Paige’s trash talk when they meet in Mexico City.

Nikki has always been pretty open about her cosmetic procedures, and she clearly wasn’t interested in making this particular question a mystery either. She went smaller after having Matteo, she misses her “bigger girls,” and there’s a chance she decides to bring them back someday.
