Nikki Bella is already having fun at Chelsea Green’s expense before they even get in the ring. With their WWE Women’s Championship match coming up on SmackDown, Bella decided to spend her Sunday mocking Green from an NFL game in Paris.
Bella took to Instagram and revealed she was at the Steelers vs. Saints game on October 25 when she busted out her own version of Green’s WWE entrance. She even threw on Green’s signature hat and played along with the whole thing before ditching the act and transitioning into her own entrance and theme song. Then came the real shot. Bella reminded Green that she’s already in the WWE Hall of Fame before basically telling the champ that’s one club she shouldn’t expect to join.
“Just doing them Hall of Famer things @chelseaagreen 💋 not like you’ll ever know what that’s like 💅🏼🤩😘 #smackdown #andnew”
Bella has been talking plenty of trash since WWE made their title match official. After the October 23 episode of SmackDown, she flat-out told Green that she’s expecting to hear “AND NEW” when the two meet next Friday.
“So ready for next week! Oh @ImChelseaGreen AND NEW is whatcha gonna be hearing next week 💋 You got that 💅”
Green does have some momentum going into the match after successfully defending her title against Roxanne Perez on SmackDown. It wasn’t exactly a quiet night for the champ, though, as Raquel Rodriguez and IYO SKY got involved before Green eventually put Perez away with UnprettiHER.
Things only got crazier afterwards when Liv Morgan attacked Green and kicked off a bigger fight involving Rodriguez, Perez, SKY and Tiffany Stratton. Green is already supposed to face Morgan at Crown Jewel on November 7, assuming she’s still holding the championship by then.
Bella clearly isn’t too worried about Green’s plans after SmackDown. She’s already stealing her entrance, wearing her hat and rubbing the Hall of Fame in her face before they’ve even had their title match.
