Nick LoPiccolo says the wrestling world has no clue what he and his partners are cooking up with TNA. Fans saw him at Lockdown, spotted some powerful people sitting beside him and started filling in the blanks—and Nick says most of them are talking out of their asses.
LoPiccolo attended TNA Lockdown 2026 on August 23 with Stone Canyon Pictures founder Tarek Tohme and former Shady Records A&R executive Brandon “Brigante” Marquez. They weren’t just there to watch the show. The group held preliminary business talks with TNA about a possible strategic relationship. One option involved LoPiccolo’s RARESTNDRD helping TNA raise capital. Another involved his group potentially investing in the company. After the show, LoPiccolo praised TNA President Carlos Silva and called the promotion a growth company.
“Thank you to @carlossilva for the access and hospitality at TNA Lockdown tonight. The people are smart, the operation is serious, and the upside is obvious.”
“This isn’t nostalgia. It’s a growth company.”
That immediately put LoPiccolo’s TNA visit under a microscope. Websites, podcasts, anonymous accounts and Joey Janela all started questioning why he was there, who he brought and what TNA could possibly want from him. Nick finally snapped on September 1.
“So let me understand what happens while I’m away in Chicago and Miami. I showed up in Chicago for TNA Lockdown with a couple of my new business partners, attended a TNA show, posted that I’m impressed by what I saw, and somehow I’m trending negatively.”
“Why the fuck am I trending for attending a TNA show and posting about it?”
LoPiccolo said the entire conversation has been built by people trying to piece together his private business from a few public photos.
“Not because anyone knows why I’m there, what conversations I’m having or what my partners and I are building, but because the entire IWC bubble—the websites, the podcasts, the anonymous accounts and the fans who treat all of them like credible media—needs to reverse engineer my business using information from people who have absolutely no window into my world.”
He then laid out exactly who accompanied him to TNA Lockdown. LoPiccolo described Tohme as a major connection to capital in the Middle East and pointed to Marquez’s history inside the music industry. Nick’s point was simple: those men weren’t sitting ringside by accident.
“One of those partners is Tarek Tohme, who is insanely connected throughout the Middle East and the world of capital, period. His father advised and managed Michael Jackson during the final years of his life. The other is Brandon Brigante Marquez, a former director of A&R at Eminem’s Shady Records.”
“Those are the people I bring to a wrestling show, and the entire bubble starts asking itself what it means, then answering its own question with whatever bullshit it heard from wrestling media.”
Then LoPiccolo got directly to the TNA talks. He said nobody outside those meetings knows what was discussed, what could come next or who else may become involved. LoPiccolo also teased that the money and connections behind his operation go far beyond what he posts online.
“You don’t know what it means, and listening to more dirt sheets and wrestling podcasts isn’t going to tell you.”
“You don’t know what we’re discussing with TNA, what we’re discussing afterward, what we might be building or who else is becoming involved, because the people you believe don’t have a fucking window into any of it.”
“You’re seeing the dinners, the yachts, the clubs, the homes and the people because that’s the cool shit I choose to post, but you haven’t even begun to see the level of capital relationships I’m not posting or what those relationships could mean for everything we’re building.”
LoPiccolo isn’t announcing a deal—he’s warning everyone that the real discussions are taking place behind closed doors, and the wrestling world hasn’t come close to figuring out what he and his partners may be planning.
“You have absolutely no idea who the fuck I know. You don’t know the conversations I’m having, the relationships I’m building or the business we’re going to do.”
LoPiccolo showed up at TNA Lockdown with people connected to film, music and serious money. Now he’s telling everyone to stop pretending they know what happened inside those meetings because the photos were only the part he wanted them to see.
