MJF had the perfect response after a wrestling fan admitted they’ve never actually watched AEW — while also begging Triple H to bring him to WWE.
Ahead of the May 13 episode of AEW Dynamite, a fan posted on Twitter/X praising MJF’s promo ability despite claiming they’ve never watched a full AEW show.
“I have never watched a single episode of AEW yet somehow MJF is one of my favorite sht talkers I’ve ever heard in pro wrestling.. Triple H please figure out what he needs and get him to WWE, and then remove the PG tag.”*
MJF saw the post and responded with a blunt message encouraging the fan to actually give AEW a chance instead of fantasy-booking him elsewhere.
“I’ve got a fcking crazy idea. Watch the show with me on it tonight at 8pm est on TBS or streaming on HBO max. If you don’t like a product. Try an alternative. Mind blowing.”*
The exchange quickly started making the rounds online, especially because MJF has constantly been at the center of fan speculation involving WWE for years. Instead of teasing a jump, though, MJF used the moment to directly push AEW programming itself.
At this point, MJF clearly seems more interested in convincing people to watch AEW than entertaining constant WWE rumors.
