The Miz and Maryse decided to bring a little 1990s comedy into their lives, and they went all-in on one of the most recognizable scenes from Dumb and Dumber. This wasn’t just them throwing on the costumes for a quick photo either.
In an Instagram video, Miz and Maryse recreated the famous tuxedo sequence from the 1994 comedy. Miz stepped into Lloyd Christmas’ bright orange look, while Maryse took on Harry Dunne’s powder-blue tuxedo as the couple recreated several of the scene’s ridiculous moments.
They even brought back the mock cane fight, swinging at each other before things predictably got messy. The recreation also included the bit where the hat gets knocked off and the two start whacking each other with their canes.
Miz and Maryse didn’t stop there either. They recreated the spray gag from the movie, with Maryse immediately starting to cough after getting hit with it, making the whole thing feel even more chaotic. Miz kept his caption pretty simple, letting the video do most of the work.

The original scene featured Jim Carrey as Lloyd Christmas in the orange tuxedo alongside Jeff Daniels as Harry Dunne in powder blue. Their completely over-the-top outfits, matching hats and canes became one of the most recognizable visuals from the movie.
Miz and Maryse have never exactly been shy about leaning into comedy together, especially after years of showing that side of their relationship on Miz & Mrs. This time, they basically turned themselves into Lloyd and Harry for a few moments and committed to the stupidity all the way through.
