Mick Foley isn’t backing away from his criticism of Donald Trump anytime soon. The WWE Hall of Famer took another shot at the President over the weekend, this time using a pair of roadside billboards to make his point ahead of the upcoming midterm elections.
On October 4, Foley shared a video on his Instagram Story while driving through Tennessee. At first, he appeared optimistic after spotting a Donald Trump Superstore sign along the highway, writing: “Hope spotted today in deep red Tennessee.” As the video continued, Foley teased that there was more to see: “Wait for it. Almost there.”
Moments later, he zoomed in on another billboard advertising the Trump Superstore that read: “Trump Superstore going out of business. Everything store wide 50% off.” Foley couldn’t resist adding one final comment of his own, tying the billboard to the upcoming elections.
“Midterms are in just 72 days – yippee!!!”
The latest post is just the newest example of Foley’s ongoing criticism of Trump. Over the past year, the WWE Hall of Famer has repeatedly spoken out against the President on social media and in interviews, making it clear he has no problem sharing his political views with fans.
With the midterm elections fast approaching, Foley doesn’t appear to have any plans to tone down those opinions. If anything, his latest Instagram Story suggests he’ll continue weighing in whenever political moments catch his attention.
