Matt Riddle still isn’t backing down from his long-standing beef with Bill Goldberg, and if you ask The King of Bros, there’s no debate—he’d wreck Goldberg every single time.

Speaking on Going Ringside, Riddle didn’t hold back when discussing the former WWE Universal Champion, sarcastically calling him “Willie G” and making it clear that while Goldberg might be sitting comfortably in his Texas mansion with a fat bank account, he wouldn’t stand a chance in the ring.

“Dude, well—William, William… Willie G is how I like to refer to him. Willie G, you’re in your f mansion in Texas. You’re—you’re in your mansion in Texas, and your bank account is definitely way bigger than mine, especially now since I’ve been fired. But let’s be real, bro—at the end of the day, I’d whoop that ass 10 times out of 10, maybe even 11 times out of 10. You know it, your kids know it, your family knows it, the universe knows it.”

Their bad blood dates back to 2019, when Goldberg confronted Riddle backstage at SummerSlam and bluntly told him, “I’m not your bro.” Since then, the tension has remained, with Riddle even claiming Goldberg bragged about his bank account during their first interaction.

As Goldberg’s retirement tour looms, fans have speculated whether the two could finally settle things in the ring. But Riddle isn’t convinced Goldberg would ever want that smoke.
