Kanellis eventually left the company and worked elsewhere, such as in NJPW. Kanellis also decided to hype fans up for Impact Wrestling with a stunning photo.
Maria Kanellis eventually returned to WWE alongside her husband Mike Kanellis. Unfortunately for them, their time in the company was largely uninspiring and very forgettable, to say the least.

Tony Khan previously spoke to Maria Kanellis when it came to getting a role in ROH. Regardless of whether or not she returns to ROH, Kanellis is more than happy working in Impact Wrestling right now. For her, that is what matters at this time.
