Keanu Carver’s legal problems aren’t going away anytime soon. The former WWE NXT star was supposed to be back in court on October 20 over the protection-order case involving Arianna Grace, but that hearing has now been pushed back another month. And the judge isn’t lifting the temporary injunction in the meantime.
According to court records obtained by Ringside News, new filings entered on October 19 show that Carver, whose real name is Kevin Robertson, will now have his next injunction review on November 17, 2026, at 9:00 AM before Judge Bryanna Bynum at the Criminal Justice Center in Sanford, Florida.
The docket shows that Robertson’s attorney filed an unopposed motion to continue the hearing on October 19. A notice of appearance was also filed on behalf of Robertson that same day. The court subsequently issued an order continuing the temporary injunction and scheduling the November hearing. The October 19 order is listed in the court docket as follows:
“ORDER CONTINUING TEMPORARY INJUNCTION SET FOR 11/17/2026 AT 9AM @ CJC CR-4A; JUDGE BYNUM”
That means the existing temporary protection order remains in place while both sides wait for their next day in court. Under the previously issued injunction, Robertson is prohibited from contacting Grace, whose real name is Bianca Carelli, and must remain at least 500 feet away from her.
As Ringside News previously covered, Carelli filed her petition on September 14, accusing Robertson of stalking, harassment and domestic violence. A judge granted a temporary injunction that same day before continuing it following a September 22 hearing. The October 20 date was supposed to be the next opportunity for the court to review the matter.
The case has already produced some troubling allegations. Text messages previously covered by Ringside News showed Carelli repeatedly telling Robertson to stop contacting her, stay away from her home and respect her boundaries.
Meanwhile, Carver’s WWE departure has already come to light. Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer disclosed on October 5 that Robertson had actually been released the previous week, although WWE had not publicly announced the decision.
The latest court documents confirm that the civil case remains open. The temporary injunction has not been dissolved, and the October 19 continuance does not amount to a final ruling on Carelli’s allegations. The records provided also do not establish that Robertson has been criminally charged.
So while Carver’s WWE run appears to be over, the legal battle is far from finished. Another hearing has been pushed back, the temporary restrictions remain in place, and Robertson now has until November 17 before the case is scheduled to return to Judge Bynum’s courtroom.
