Kam Hendrix tried to get the last laugh on Mason Rook. Wrestling fans decided he was the joke instead. After their increasingly personal Twitter war already led to a “cuck chair” meme and a shot at Rook’s weight, Hendrix went back to the well with another AI-generated image mocking Rook’s size. This time, though, people turned on him almost immediately.
Hendrix uploaded an AI image showing the chair from their previous exchange completely destroyed, implying Rook had crushed it by sitting down. He tagged Rook and asked: “@MasonRook_wwe you good bruv?”
Fans weren’t exactly lining up to congratulate him on the comeback. Instead, plenty of people immediately went after Hendrix for using another AI-generated image just to make another fat joke.
“Ai slop and fat jokes. You’re even worse than they are.”
Someone else couldn’t understand why Kam Hendrix even needed AI to make the joke in the first place.
“How hard is it to search up a photo of a broken chair? Lazy, like your wrestling style.”
Ouch. The reaction was particularly brutal because Hendrix got cooked during his previous exchange with Rook. One fan couldn’t believe he decided the solution was to grab his phone and try again.
“so you got cooked for the last one and decided to do another one? man just turn off your phone at this point”
Another fan turned the whole thing into a shot at WWE’s obsession with talking about storytelling.
“WWE loves telling people they tell stories and then the story is ‘I used AI to say this guy is fat.’ It just gets easier to keep not watching.”
This all started after Hendrix posted an AI image of himself driving past Rook with the caption, “Can’t keep up with Showtime.” Rook responded with something way more personal.
He posted the infamous “cuck chair” meme and asked Hendrix whether he could sit in “your chair”—an obvious shot considering Hendrix is married to Maxxine Dupri in real life while she’s currently involved in a romantic WWE storyline with Austin Theory.
Hendrix answered by basically going after Rook’s weight: “That chair has a tougher match than I do Tuesday.” Apparently one fat joke wasn’t enough. Hendrix came back with the smashed-chair image, presumably hoping to finally put Rook away. Instead, fans started roasting the AI, the joke and even his wrestling. At some point, the safest move really might be putting the phone down.
