AEW’s women’s Blood & Guts match delivered plenty of violence on November 4, 2026, but it was Julia Hart who ultimately found herself trapped in a painful situation that brought the entire match to an end.

The massive showdown took place during AEW Dynamite: Blood & Guts, with Thekla, Skye Blue, Julia Hart, Megan Bayne, Lena Kross, and Persephone facing Kris Statlander, Harley Cameron, Willow Nightingale, Queen Aminata, Jamie Hayter, and Alex Windsor.

Things got ugly almost immediately. Megan Bayne and Kris Statlander started the match, with both women using steel chairs before Persephone entered with a briefcase full of weapons. Persephone even brought out pliers and used them against Statlander’s mouth. Bayne, Statlander, and Skye Blue were all bleeding before the match reached its halfway point.

The violence only escalated as more competitors entered. Willow Nightingale emptied a backpack filled with toy bricks and broken glass before driving Skye Blue onto the pile with a spinebuster. Alex Windsor brought barbed wire into the fight, while Thekla used a belt to whip her opponents.

Harley Cameron also had a memorable moment when she entered carrying an instrument bag. Lena Kross destroyed Cameron’s ukulele, only for Cameron to pull out a guitar and smash it over Kross’ head. Jamie Hayter later arrived with a cooler full of beer bottles and started breaking them over her opponents’ heads.

One of the biggest moments came when Persephone climbed the cage and launched herself onto Queen Aminata, sending both women crashing through a table below. Elsewhere, Megan Bayne and Lena Kross were driven through barbed-wire tables following powerbombs from the opposing team.

The closing moments saw Triangle of Madness briefly regain control before Harley Cameron caught Julia Hart attempting to use her mist. Cameron avoided the attack and locked Hart in a single-leg crab while her teammates prevented anyone from breaking up the submission.

Kris Statlander then made the situation even worse by wrapping barbed wire across Hart’s mouth and pulling back on it. With Cameron maintaining the submission and Statlander adding to the punishment, Hart had no choice but to submit.

That gave Kris Statlander, Harley Cameron, Willow Nightingale, Queen Aminata, Jamie Hayter, and Alex Windsor the victory in a match that featured broken glass, barbed wire, weapons, and several competitors bleeding inside the cage.

The women’s Blood & Guts match certainly didn’t hold back when it came to violence, and Julia Hart ended up paying the price in the final moments. What did you think of the brutal finish, and was this the kind of Blood & Guts match you were expecting from AEW?
