Joey Janela saw Nick LoPiccolo’s name attached to possible business with TNA Wrestling and immediately decided he needed a piece of the action. That turned out to be a bad idea, because LoPiccolo spent the next several hours absolutely torching him.
The latest round started after Janela reacted to a post about TNA holding talks with LoPiccolo over a potential strategic relationship. Instead of addressing the actual business side of it, Janela retweeted the news with a shot at Nick’s value in the room.
“Who needed the plug?”
From there, Janela went digging through LoPiccolo’s posts and tried to catch him lying about a massive Miami rental he said he booked for upcoming meetings. Janela posted what he thought was proof the place wasn’t available.
“You sure buddy?”
There was just one giant problem — Janela was looking at September. LoPiccolo was talking about August 27 through August 30. Nick immediately buried him for it.
“Yeah, are you fucking stupid, you toothless piece of shit? You’re looking at a calendar for September. I said the weekend, you loser fuck. Our dates are 8/27-8/30. Why are you stalking my dates anyway? Go fuck yourself. I’ve got Jorge Masvidal and Ray Lewis in my crew btw.”
Janela tried to recover by mocking LoPiccolo for mentioning Masvidal and Lewis, suggesting Nick was basically just the guy helping rich athletes find the house.
“So you’re the plug for a couple of actual millionaire athletes, and they rented the spot… Gotcha bro, you’re a good person to have around! You didn’t have to be mean about it…”
Nick wasn’t interested in letting him off that easy. LoPiccolo brought the fight right back to Janela’s career, appearance and wrestling status, and this is where he dropped one of the nastiest shots of the entire exchange. Nick even gave Megan Bayne credit while using her success to make Joey look worse.
“I told you aren’t worth my time because I already buried you weeks ago. Your girlfriend looks like a star. Unfortunately for you, talent isn’t sexually transmitted, so you’re still just a toothless backyard gimmick and I’m petty as shit. Say it to my face or theirs.”
Janela answered by going right back to the same drug accusations he has thrown at LoPiccolo before.
“I f*ck you everytime no vaseline on here, let’s not lie in public, whatever the crack pipe is telling you it’s OK.”
The whole thing then swung right back to TNA, which is where Janela really seemed determined to make this personal. After LoPiccolo posted about businessman and Stone Canyon Pictures founder Tarek Tohme, Janela mocked the connection by claiming Tohme only had money because of his father.
“Aka his dad gave him a bunch of money to produce some no money making bullshit movies 😂😂”
Janela then went directly after LoPiccolo’s possible TNA relationship by tagging TNA President Carlos Silva and questioning why the company would want anything to do with him.
“This is who TNA wants to do business with? No chance 😂 Carlos is probably entertained from how you act on here & wanted to see the jester in person to pop himself.”
Then Janela actually warned Silva to stay away from Nick.
“Yo @carlossilva this guy is weird as hell. He will probably end up as the focal point of a Hulu documentary. I’d stay away! ⚠️”
That gave LoPiccolo one of his easiest layups of the entire night.
“If he liked you, you’d have a job?”
Ouch. And that wasn’t the only shot. At another point, LoPiccolo mocked Janela for continuing to chase the argument and questioned why he was so obsessed with Nick’s schedule in the first place.
“Why are you stalking my dates anyway?”
By this point, Janela had gone from making fun of LoPiccolo’s TNA news to tagging the president of TNA and trying to convince him not to do business with the guy. LoPiccolo responded by basically asking why Janela himself wasn’t working there if Silva valued his opinion so much. That’s the part that really made this round different.
The previous fight was mostly personal insults, teeth jokes, drug accusations and the usual Twitter garbage. This time, Janela jumped on LoPiccolo’s actual business news, tried to poke holes in his Miami plans, questioned his connections and then dragged TNA management directly into the feud.
Nick responded by pounding him over the calendar mistake, mocking his career, praising Janela’s own girlfriend while using her to roast him, and turning Joey’s TNA argument right back against him. LoPiccolo’s TNA situation is still only in the discussion stage, with no deal or investment announced. But Janela certainly gave the story another layer by jumping into it publicly — and Nick made sure he paid for every reply.
Janela may have jumped into the TNA news thinking he had another easy shot at LoPiccolo, but this round ended with Nick roasting his calendar skills, his wrestling career and his place in the business while Janela was literally tagging TNA’s president for backup. If the goal was to make LoPiccolo look bad over the TNA talks, it didn’t exactly go according to plan.
