Jey Uso’s divorce case now has a date attached to it. The court docket shows the legal papers tied to his split from Takecia Fatu were processed on June 24, 2026.
Ringside News obtained the docket, which lists Takecia Fatu as the plaintiff and Joshua Fatu as the defendant. Judge Benjamin D. Coker has been assigned to the case.
As previously reported, Takecia filed for divorce after 12 years of marriage. She listed their marriage date as February 13, 2014, and said the marriage was done. The filing says the couple shares one minor son, Jeyce, who was born in 2012. They also have another son who is already over 18.
Takecia is asking for primary physical custody of their minor child, but she is open to joint legal custody. She also wants exclusive use of their Georgia home, along with child support, spousal support, and attorney fees.
The docket shows several filings were processed on June 24, including the complaint, case initiation form, domestic relations standing order, summons, and leave of absence filings.
Jey Uso has not publicly commented on the divorce filing as of this writing. While he remains one of WWE’s biggest names on television, this is now playing out in court away from the ring.
