Jey Uso is dealing with a major situation outside the ring, because his wife, Takecia Fatu, has filed for divorce after 12 years of marriage.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Takecia listed the couple’s marriage date as February 13, 2014. In the filing, she stated that the marriage was broken beyond repair.

The filing states that Jey and Takecia share two sons, including one minor child. Takecia is asking the court to award her primary physical custody of their minor son, while she is open to joint legal custody.

Takecia also requested exclusive use of their Georgia home, along with child support, spousal support, and attorney fees. That means this divorce filing could become a serious legal battle if the two sides cannot work things out privately.

Jey Uso has been one of WWE’s biggest names over the past few years, breaking out as a singles star after years of tag team dominance alongside Jimmy Uso. His rise from The Bloodline drama to “Main Event Jey Uso” made him one of the most popular stars on WWE television.

Now, while Jey continues his WWE run, this divorce filing adds a personal situation behind the scenes. As of now, there is no public statement from Jey Uso about the filing.

Ringside News will keep you updated if more information becomes available on Jey Uso’s divorce situation.
